Director: Colonel Ravi Kant Bali:
Col. Ravi K Bali is an alumnus of Rastriya Millitary School, Chail and Indian Millitary Academy, Dehradun. He was commissioned into 5 Armoured Regt, the first of T-90’s. He has held various appointments in command and staff. He has been the Army Recruiting officer at Charkhi Dadri, Haryana. He has an illustrious record of being an assessor at service selection board for Seven years and has assessed more than 2500 candidates. He has been instrumental in preparing NCC cadets for Republic day camp and has led the team as contingent commander.
Interview Officer: Brig. Kulwant Singh :
- Brig. Kulwant Singh (SM, VSM) has served in the Indian Army for 35 years in the Rajput Regiment and Intelligence Corps.
- During this period he has held many prestigious Command and Staff appointments.
- The officer is highly decorated and was awarded:-
- Visisht Seva Medal by the President of India on Republic Day 1993
- Sena Medal by the President of India on Republic Day 2004.

The officer lectures on a variety of subjects such as leadership, motivation, current affairs and guides students in Soft Skills and Personality Development at the Youth Centre For Skill Development and Career Guidance, MDU, Rohtak .
